Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong experience in social Business strategy and business / consulting skills. The candidates should have relevant post MBA experience.
Key job responsibilities include:
Lead / be part of consulting and related engagements.
Participate in client workshop / interviews and engagements
Support pre-sales / sales and other aspects of business development
Provide thought leadership and Subject Matter Expertise (SME). Domain Experience in any of the industries such as Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, Government, Retail, Consumer Products is preferred
Skills
Analyze and understand clients’ Digital Media ecosystem from a people/process/system perspective
Develop communications and marketing strategies that focus on digital and social engagement.
Understanding of tools and technologies related to Social Business
Experience in designing user experience strategy for social Business.
Beyond management consulting and industry experience, candidates are expected to have the following additional attributes:
-Strong analytical orientation and problem-solving capabilities
-Demonstrated presentation, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
-Proven organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
-Proven leadership and management skills
-End to end project delivery experience
-Experience in Managing teams both onshore and offshore
-Ability to lead teams on consulting projects and drive quality deliverables
-Work with clients to define long-term vision, goals and strategies
-Ability and willingness to travel globally
Total years of experience – 6-12 years of management consulting and/or relevant industry experience
