Manager/ Executive- Sales & Marketing
Experience: 2-4 Years
Salary: 2LPA - 5 LPA (Not a constraint for the right candidate)

Job Description:
To generate & identify sales leads, pitching or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new prospects.
Generate business leads through GURU or ODESK portal for web and mobile application design. and implementing the right strategies to maintain the required work inflow.
Setting and Meeting Aggressive Sales Objectives.
New Sales and Account Development.
Managing Development of New Projects.
Pre-Sales / Consultancy Services.
Client Relations
Extensive experience in complex and challenging environments with proven ability to represent the company with Customers and Business Partners.
Data Analysis, action planning, & execution on all aspects of sales.
Ensure achievements of sales target, proper channel management, resolve conflicting issues of trade & channel partners.
Experience in marketing are preferred, experience within the IT service Like web designing, Software development, SEO.
To identify potential clients in the market and initiating our business.
Desired Candidate Profile:
To be Confident
Effective Presentation skills, with Exceptional Interpersonal & Management skill.
To have familiarity with website designing, development and seo.
Motivation for Sales,
Must be able to develop good client relation.
