- With Director, Digital Marketing, meet with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and publishers to identify training needs for all user levels and roles
- Research and develop course content and materials including best practice docs and user guides for new topics and tools
- Maintain training portal to be sure all training calendars and documentation are up to date
- Hold regular refresher courses for new hires or employees who need additional training
- Record basic trainings as needed (for topics that will not require regular updates or changes)
- Schedule new and ongoing courses for all levels of users
- Facilitate interactive training sessions and workshops
- Measure progress through Planet digital or other system
- Perform regular follow-ups with users and senior management
- Update training materials and documentation as needed
